Chapel by the Sea held a service of healing at the site of the building on the beach on Sunday, Feb. 19, at 2:30 in the afternoon. It was Jim Berger’s last day as interim for the congregation and he and the former organist led the gathered in music and prayer. The Stated Clerk, Moderator of Presbytery, and General Presbyter were present, as were the pastors from Faith Cape Coral, First Bonita Springs, and others. There were also members from Faith, Holy Trinity, First Bonita Springs, and Cypress Lake. Chapel by the Sea continues to discern what God is calling them to do and to be as they move into the future.
